The award in the competition for the best Television Theater performance by WFDiF as part of the Teatroteka series was awarded to director Filip Gieldon for “Kasie” by Wojciech Tremiszewski. The laureate receives 7 000 PLN. The winner was selected by a jury composed of: Krystyna Doktorowicz, Wojciech Majcherek and Ingmar Villqist.
The jury of the 20th edition of the National Festival of Directing Art INTERPRETATIONS Katowice 2020 awarded the following directors:
–Katarzyna Sobańska awarded Katarzyna Shengiera, director of the play “We will not give up Lviv” by Katarzyna Shengiera, Marcin Napiórkowski, Mirosław Wlekły from the Teatr im. Wanda Siemaszkowa in Rzeszów.
–Jacek Poniedziałek awarded Cezary Tomaszewski, director of the play “Gracjan Pan” by Natalia Fiedorczuk from the Capitol Musical Theater in Wrocław.
–Marcel Sławiński awarded Katarzyna Shengiera, director of the play “We will not give back Lviv” from the Teatr im. Wanda Siemaszkowa in Rzeszów.
–Stanisław Rosiek awarded Małgorzata Warsicka, the director of the play “The Master and Margarita” based on Mikhail Bułhakov.
–Grzegorz Jarzyna awarded Katarzyna Shengiera, director of the play “We will not give back to Lviv” by Katarzyna Shengiera, Marcin Napiórkowski, Mirosław Wlekły from the Teatr im. Wanda Siemaszkowa in Rzeszów.
Each juror presented the selected director with a prize of PLN 10,000 PLN.
“Konrad’s Laurel” is won by Katarzyna Shengier for directing the play “We will not give back Lviv” by Katarzyna Shengiera, Marcin Napiórkowski, Mirosław Wlekły from the Teatr im. Wanda Siemaszkowa in Rzeszów
Audience Award of PLN 10,000 PLN funded by the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship was awarded to Małgorzata Warsicka, director of the play “The Master and Margarita” based on Mikhail Bułhakow from the Polish Theater in Bielsko-Biała.
The Dziennik Teatralny award for the actor was awarded to Marta Gzowska-Sawicka for the role of Woland in the play “The Master and Margarita” directed by Małgorzata Warsicka from the Polish Theater in Bielsko-Biała.
